Tagaytay City’s vibrant dining scene becomes even more exciting with opening of Amacena at One Tagaytay Place hotel Suites.
The name “Amacena” is deviredfrom two Spanish words, “Ama” or a conjugation of “Amar” which means profound affection, and “Cena” or supper. Simply put, Amacena means great love for food. This serves as the guide by which Amacena treats its guests, offering a variety of dishes passionately prepared with love and care.
Armed with extensive experience on international nad local cuisine, Chef Luigi whips up a menu filled with his own take on comfort food such as the Tagaytay Staple Bulalo, and the customary Lechon Kawali; as well as fusion dishes like Longanisa Mac and Cheese, Adobo and Kesong Puti Bruschetta, and Pinakbet Pizza.
The gastronomic indulgence is further enhanced by Amacena’s crisp and clean interiors, evoking elegance and class with a touch of warmth, for a truly satisfying dining experience that one can only get with Chef Luigi at One Tagaytay Place.
Amacena is open daily, serving guests from breakfast up to dinner. It can accommodate up to 40 guests, with a private room for 10 people ideal for meetings and intimate gatherings.
